BSM Supplement is an antimicrobial supplement used for the selective isolation of Bifidobacteria like Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis. The BSM-Supplement is a mixture of three different antibiotics that are the selective agents and inhibit the accompanying bacterial flora like Bacilli, Enterobacteriacea and Pseudomonas.
应用
推荐用于选择性分离双歧杆菌的 添加剂。
重悬
在 1 至 5mL 无菌水中溶解 0.116 g 的 BSM 添加剂，混合均匀。本品微溶，但可作为混浊的白色悬浮液加入培养基中。在 55°C 下将该添加剂加入 1 升无菌 BSM 琼脂 (Fluka® 88517) 或 BSM 肉汤 (Fluka 90273) 中并混合均匀。
