应用
用于分离和培养许多病原性和非病原性微生物的一种非选择性培养基
制备说明
取40 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。煮沸使其完全溶解。在121°C高压灭菌15分钟消毒。对于血琼脂，冷却至45-50°C，无菌加入6%的无菌去纤维蛋白血液。
其他说明
分离粪便中的产气单胞杆菌属[1][2]
